Heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Walk to shops and restaurants

Hosts are communicative. Great location, proximity to Main Street restaurants. The place needs a few updates and maintenance attention.

It was fine for a few days but would not stay there again. Positive: Great location, very clean! Negative: There were no instructions on how to operate the TV. I called and texted the owner. He texted some information that did not help. I texted him for more help. I never heard back. The furnace is so LOUD that it woke me up every time it turned on. It is VERY dark. Table lamps in the living room are needed. Turning on the lighting in the bedroom and living room that is there is not obvious. A remote is used which is not obvious since there are wall switches.

This condo was perfect for enjoying Old Scottsdale and getting to other places quickly. Positive: Location was handy. Parking was good. The patio was nice. Two bathrooms are nice. Negative: Check in at 4:00 is fairly late. Upstairs neighbors dog barks and drops a toy on the floor.

Functional, good location and comfortable place Positive: The location, roomy, spacious and comfortable Negative: The noisy AC. I thought the pool was private based on pictures. Instructions to get into the place could be improved. Having to put laundry on and take garbage out. No kettle.
