Enjoyed the stay and the restaurants in the area. Positive: Location of area was great. Condo backed up to a parking lot with construction equipment making some noise in the morning.

Very nice, comfortable. A nice bonus to have coffee and cream after a travel day. Much appreciated! Positive: The property was perfect for what we wanted. The pool was an added bonus. Negative: I felt in the heat, the walk to old town was a bit too far for us. Nothing Uber couldn’t help with.

Everything we needed! Positive: This unit is in excellent condition…Well decorated and comfortable, especially the bedding. Great to have dedicated covered parking. The owners were extremely responsive and thought of everything including coffee supplies for your first day. The overall facility is aging, but well kept up and the value is worth leaving the fancy hotels behind. The pool and hot tub area were well-maintained. The location is excellent! We have stayed before and will stay again.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, safe! Positive: Rhonda’s place is perfectly located, close walk to everywhere Old Town Scottsdale. Restaurants, grocery store, gas station, directly across the street. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed.
