Centrally Located Home in CdA

Everything was great! Pet-friendly and family-friendly. Great neighborhood with good access to local shopping, highway, and interstate.

Host was commutative, house was cozy and clean and perfect game room for kids. Wonderful place highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not clean upon arrival — there was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom and on the floors. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, which made us question whether they had been changed at all. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this fell far below standard. We spent the first few hours cleaning and washing sheets. The owner was notified and offered a refund on the cleaning fees, which was appreciated. There was also no basic amenities; for example, there was 1 roll of toilet paper between three bathrooms. Also of note, the neighbor's dog barks all day long every day. While this is out of the host's control, it is important information to be aware of especially if you want to be outside enjoying the yard at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness.
