Centrally Located Home in CdA

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not clean upon arrival — there was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom and on the floors. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, which made us question whether they had been changed at all. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this fell far below standard. We spent the first few hours cleaning and washing sheets. The owner was notified and offered a refund on the cleaning fees, which was appreciated. There was also no basic amenities; for example, there was 1 roll of toilet paper between three bathrooms. Also of note, the neighbor's dog barks all day long every day. While this is out of the host's control, it is important information to be aware of especially if you want to be outside enjoying the yard at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious yet cozy with a very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. Quiet neighborhood, close to Riverstone restaurants and shops. Too bad it snowed most of our stay so we didn't get to take advantage of the patio and big backyard but we certainly did enjoy the fireplace! Highly recommend.

House was very clean and welcoming for the 4 of us to celebrate Christmas. Had everything we needed and easy check in/out. Great location to shops/restaurants/grocery. Would recommend!! Thank you!
